Be responsible for Testing process of all projects.
Analyze the Customer requirements, conditions, detailed software functions and design to indicate the requirements for Test plan.
Ensure compliance with established processes.
Make test plan based on the risks, priority, frequency of use and other factors, such as methodology, measurement, resources, test conditions, and etc.
Make test cases/specs/scripts (test conditions, test scripts, actions, input data and expected results).
Design and develop test scenarios and test cases.
Review project documentation as a basis for testing documentation and product understanding.
Review testing documentation, process implementation and testing coverage.
Constantly strive to improve testing methodologies, models and process.
Log all the bugs and make test reports.
Analyze the changes of request and update the test material (test plan, test cases ...).
Research the automation test tools.
Salary: 400$ or over
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Bachelor or Master Degree in IT, or equivalent experience is required. Any other demonstrated high technology aptitude is desired.
At least 3+ years of software platform development test experience, with 2+ years of this being relevant experience in web-based scalable systems platform software design and development.
Project experience with agile/spiral development and other state-of-the-art development processes and tools.
Ability to write tutorials/documentation and give presentations to customers and partners.
Strong ability to influence others and build consensus using good written and verbal communication skills and customer facing skills.
Strong English communication skills. Both written and verbal.
Good negotiation skills with customer-oriented attitude.
Excellent analytical abilities to grasp the key points from complicated details.
Good leadership capabilities to lead projects to successful completion.
Understanding of software quality assurance methodologies.
Familiarity with the tools, concepts and methodologies of quality management.
Multi-task effectively and able to adhere to schedules.
Strong analytical skill, recognize problems.
